Social Media Specialist: US Jobs in Remote at Claire Bahn Group
The CMO will create and execute marketing and brand strategy and tactics that will generate high quality leads, drive customer acquisition, and optimize life-time customer value across the DUI Journey. Using a combination of digital and non-digital channels, the CMO will ensure that CST is well-positioned drive market demand and capture leads. The CMO will build brands that are well-positioned and executed while partnering with other executives to establish each product as a market leader. The brand building will focus on messaging across stakeholder categories and brand pillars.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute against company vision and strategy. Work closely with the CEO in building CST’s business and achieving its growth strategy.
2. Assist in repositioning CST as a consumer and commercial substance detection and monitoring company. Build the CST brand to align with new positioning.
3. In partnership with other c-Suite executives drive revenue and EBITDA across the DUI Journey
4. Increase share of market leads; since consumers are mandated to install an ignition interlock, marketing’s most critical responsibility is to get more of these consumers to contact CST for their interlock needs and partner with inside sales to convert them into a customer.
5. Responsible for ensuring that the quality and cost per lead trade-off is optimized
6. Build and deliver against budget/forecast goals
7. Create and instill a fast test/learn/iterate culture especially in the digital space to match or exceed the pace of change. Maintain a pipeline of test concepts and quickly rollout out winning ideas.
8. Identify and quantify value of initiatives/test, especially those requiring cross-functional resources, to facilitate prioritization.
9. Be a talent magnet: lead, motivate, and develop an outcome driven team. Create a climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse group of top-quality marketers at all levels.
10. Partner closely and collaborate with inside sales and outside sales to optimize lead generation and conversion.
11. Build and lead a Performance Marketing function that can be leveraged across all aspects of the CST business ensuring industry leading strategy and execution by channel
12. Build and lead a Product Marketing function that is capable of translating Product Management priorities and delivery into industry leading brands, go to market strategy and execution
13. Build and lead corporate communications across all aspects of the business ensuring strategy, quality and consistency of message.
14. Build and lead a consumer insights function that will support product management, corporate development, sales and marketing.
15. Monitor key competitors and identify opportunities and threats, consistently and accurately provide the executive team with assessments
16. Understand pain points, leverage points with affiliates to design and develop marketing solutions that facilitate referrals.
17. Break down “big ideas” into small tests to quickly prove out economics and assumptions.
18. Ensure accurate lead generation forecasts to ensure accurate corporate forecast and to facilitate inside sales staffing requirements.
19. Develop and execute strategies that enable CST to increase its customer’s lifetime value.
20. Capable of identifying and translating market trends into actionable and innovative growth opportunities. Partner with other senior executives to identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities.

Job Requirements:
15+ years of marketing leadership
Undergraduate degree in business, technology or quantitative studies
Demonstrated success developing a culture of fast innovation and measurement for marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, web site conversion, marketing automation, and direct mail
Driven powerful results by designing and implementing digital strategies that have step-function results
Ability and desire to quantify and track results and the ability to apply these analytical skills to identify and quantify strategic ideas
Experience developing and managing a team of 20+ people
Skilled at communicating and working cross-functionally to garner support for marketing programs and drive execution
