Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual who enjoys working with people, has an interest in marketing and business operations, and wants to be part of a growing community. This role is perfect for college students looking to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment while earning both hourly pay and potentially college credit.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome members and guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Assist with membership sign-ups and provide information about club services
Marketing & Social Media
Help create content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Capture photos/videos of club activities, events, and members in action
Assist with email marketing and newsletters
Support local outreach efforts to attract new members
Club Operations & Events
Help coordinate club events, tournaments, and wellness programs
Assist in organizing promotions and special activities
Contribute ideas and jump into different tasks based on interest and skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $22.03 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
