Responsibilities
Administer injections accurately and safely to patients.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and protocols.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with medical advancements.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficient healthcare delivery.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability.
Train and educate staff on best practices and new procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed medical professional (RN, NP or PA) authorized to administer injectables in Virginia.
Completion of certified training in aesthetic injectables (required).
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical spa or similar setting (preferred).
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injectable safety protocols.
Excellent communication and consultation skills.
Proven experience in administering injections with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve enhanced patient outcomes.
Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on the latest medical practices and techniques.
Skilled in training and mentoring staff on best practices and new healthcare procedures.
Proficiency in managing medical supply inventory to maintain necessary stock levels efficiently.
Sales and marketing skills to promote products and packages
