We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join us at Media Valet.
In this role you will report directly to the Manager, Solutions Engineering and you’ll work alongside Account Executives and subject matter experts (product, customer success, marketing) to bringinnovative solutionsand strategies that meet prospects needs, simultaneously supporting the sales process and Media Valet enterprise go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Work to remove technical obstacles in front of a sale, advocating for customer interests to relevant internal teams and creating compelling technical content,
Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s current pains and align Media Valet products to their business objectives.
Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell Media Valet’s differentiated story.
Take the lead on understanding customer technical pains to design, demonstrate and presentinnovative solutionsusing tools like Lucid Chart and Confluence.
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Collaborate with customer success, product, and marketing teams, offering perspective and sharing client feedback that guides our strategy and vision.

Qualifications:
3+ years of business experience with a mix of sales and technical responsibilities, ideally in a sales engineering role within a SaaS and/or Marketing technology (Martech) business environment.
Passion for marketing tools, operations, or technologies.
Experience with DAM, CRM, Marketing Automation, Cloud Computing
Experience with API, iPaaS, and SSO/IAM systems
You have a thorough technical background and experience working with sales teams as a technical resource.
Effective at communicating to C-level stakeholders as well as highly technical stakeholders.
Exceptional personal organization and time management skills, able to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines, paying closeattention to detail.
