Job Description:
We seek a driven Spa Manager to oversee the management and operation of our spa. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of holistic wellness and demonstrate a proven ability to lead a team towards the achievement of excellence in service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Direct all aspects of daily spa operations with an emphasis on high-quality service delivery.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring adherence to our high standards of client care and service.
Develop staff schedules, oversee payroll, and manage employee performance.
Ensure the spa complies with all health and safety regulations.
Implement marketing strategies to broaden our client base and enhance client retention.
Manage inventory and procurement of spa supplies and products.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the spa facility and equipment.
Handle client bookings, inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure exceptional client experiences.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, expenses, and achieving revenue targets.
Compile and deliver regular reports on spa performance and metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the wellness industry.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent organizational skills and capability to multitask.
Proficient in financial management, with a knack for budgeting and financial planning.
Superior customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with holistic health practices and a passion for wellness.
Proficiency in using spa management software, particularly Meevo. Experience with similar spa POS systems like Zenoti or Vagaro is also acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications in spa or wellness management are advantageous.
Salary:
Competitive pay of $75,000 – $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
