Atlas Life, located in the vibrant city of Salt Lake, is seeking passionate and qualified professionals for a leadership role in our Young Adult Transition and GAP Program. This full-time, in-person position offers the opportunity to work directly with GAP students, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as they develop the successful habits needed for educational, personal, and financial growth. The successful candidate will manage the program’s development, oversee admissions processes, and lead marketing efforts aimed at generating revenue and increasing program visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Oversee the organization and operation of the Young Adult Transition and GAP Program, including managing staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while helping students build successful habits that foster personal, academic, financial, and career growth.
Admissions Management: Oversee the admissions process, including outreach, recruitment, and enrollment for the program.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program awareness, drive engagement, and attract new students. This includes digital marketing, community outreach, and relationship building with external partners.
Revenue Generation: Drive efforts to enhance program profitability by exploring partnerships, sponsorships, and other innovative revenue-generating opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals in the community and across the country, collaborating to create impactful opportunities for students while sharing best practices.
Mentorship & Life Coaching: Provide individualized coaching and support to students, helping them build the successful habits needed for long-term personal, academic, financial, and career success.
Community Engagement: Engage with the local community in downtown Salt Lake City and Sandy, Utah, building strong relationships and promoting the program’s mission and impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven expertise in admissions, marketing, and life coaching for educational or development programs.
Strong background in education, mental health, life coaching, or personal growth.
Demonstrated success in managing programs, life coaching, and staff collaboration to help individuals establish successful habits.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and students.
Full-time availability, with a willingness to engage in local travel and travel to industry conferences nationwide as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
