Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
Lead community outreach efforts by building relationships with local organizations and attending community events to promote the business.
Organize and participate in events that showcase our services, increase brand awareness, and engage with the local community.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and promotions, preferably in the service industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
