Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Manage existing, create and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon, Meta, and TikTok to drive traffic and sales.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive sales.
Oversee product listings, ensuring they’re optimized for maximum visibility and conversions.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to ensure we’re always at the forefront.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute weekly drops, sales and promotions, across multiple brands/platforms
Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, suggesting improvements and next steps.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns, especially in the apparel or retail space.
Expertise in Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to optimize campaigns.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Mirakl, Amazon) and understanding of online retail sales processes.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective website management and troubleshooting.
Creative thinking with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
