Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sports & Entertainment Partnerships Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our sports brand business through strategic collaborations, partnerships and endorsement deals. As the Sports & Entertainment Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing partnerships that enhance our brand presence, drive revenue, and strengthen our market position within the sports industry.
Responsibilities:
**Partnership Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy focused on expanding our sports brand business through digital channels.
Identify key partnerships and endorsement opportunities aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
Build detailed client-facing casting and proposal decks
**Relationship Building:
Cultivate and manage relationships with potential partners, including sports organizations, athletes, influencers, media outlets, and other relevant entities.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals.
**Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, talent manager, etc.) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships to drive engagement and awareness.
Manage the execution of partnership campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Track and manage an ongoing high level task/project list including RFPs and deal flow
Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to evaluate ROI and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5 years) in digital brand partnerships or business development within the sports industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and emerging trends as it relates to Sports
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful partnership development.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership plans.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry landscape.
Understands and uses: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Snapchat, Patreon etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, social media management tools, Creator IQ experience a plus
