Dealpath is seeking a creative and curious Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of paid advertising channels and optimize our website channel to accelerate growth.This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact and help shape the future of growth at Dealpath. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to generate pipeline and improve conversion efficiency across the funnel. Responsibilities include:

Paid Media Management

Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and paid social (LinkedIn,) to drive qualified traffic, brand visibility, and conversions
Manage a paid media budget, ensuring the effective allocation of funds across search and social to drive high-quality demand and conversion.
Continuously optimize paid search campaigns through strategic use of negative keywords, keyword match types, bid adjustments, and ad copy testing to reduce waste and improve ROI
Track and report on key performance metrics including cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Conduct A/B tests across creative, ad formats, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with content and product marketing to develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and offers tailored to each audience segment
Build and manage UTM parameters and tracking to ensure accurate attribution and performance reporting across all paid channels
Monitor platform algorithms and trends to stay ahead of changes and apply best practices for ongoing performance optimization
Present regular performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting wins, learnings, and areas for improvement

Website Optimization & Analytics

Own the performance, optimization, and day-to-day management of the website to ensure a seamless user experience that drives conversions
Lead the strategy and integration of a chatbot on the website to improve engagement, capture leads, and support sales funnel goals
Monitor site traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, and other tools to uncover optimization opportunities
Continuously improve SEO performance through on-page optimization, metadata updates, internal linking strategies, and technical SEO best practices
Analyze traffic sources and user journeys to identify high-exit or low-conversion pages and prioritize them for improvement
Develop and execute A/B tests to validate changes and improve conversion rates across key pages
Create and maintain performance dashboards to track website KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, time on site, and conversion rate

ABM

Support the execution of targeted ABM campaigns to engage priority accounts across digital channels (email, LinkedIn, display, etc.)
Monitor and report on account engagement and funnel progression, using tools like Marketo, 6sense, and Salesforce
Partner with demand generation and sales to build and maintain account lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth environment
Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to measure campaign performance and ROI (CAC, CAC payback, LTV, CPL, ROAS)
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly Google Search Ads and LinkedIn with a track record of pipeline contribution and ROI optimization.
Experience managing and optimizing websites (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or similar)
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
Experience running A/B tests and optimizing for conversion
Experience implementing or managing website chatbots (e.g., Drift)
Analytical mindset with strong skills in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting
A track record of optimizing the revenue funnel, successfully improving conversion efficiency across digital channels from awareness to closed-won.
An entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset, with a bias toward action and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and performance marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
Proficiency with marketing operations tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Wordpress, Hotjar, SemRush, etc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Bonus points for prior experience in commercial real estate, though it is not required.

Additional Details:

The estimated base pay range for New York candidates for this position is $125,000 – $150,000 & eligible for variable compensation of $15,000 – $20,000.
Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath’s interview process.
This position is also eligible for Dealpath’s equity plan.
