We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sports Travel & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and booking sports-related travel and event experiences. This includes coordinating transportation, accommodations, and event access to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients attending sporting events, tournaments, and other athletic gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and coordinate travel itineraries for clients attending sports events
Process bookings and payments to secure reservations for accommodations, transportation, and event tickets
Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure the best options for clients
Stay updated on travel regulations, including passport and visa requirements
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with travel-related inquiries and itinerary adjustments
Attend training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and stay informed on the latest trends in sports travel and event planning
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorization to work in the United States
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using online booking platforms and digital communication tools
Previous experience in travel coordination, event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required
Access to a reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace

Salary Range:
