Today, Cadent powers the evolution of TV brand advertising. And with the acquisition of AdTheorent earlier this year, we are expanding into a robust Omnichannel platform. We provide marketers, agencies, operators, and media owners with data-driven solutions for buying and selling TV advertising. By connecting brands with opportunities across national inventory sources—cable, broadcast, and digital media—our technology improves efficiencies and boosts the results of linear, addressable, and cross-screen campaigns.
We are looking to add experienced Sellers tojoin our growing team. The right candidate will have excellentcommunication skillsand experience selling video solutions across linear TV as well as OTT/CTV. This role requires strategic thinkers that can break down evolving TV solutions into actionable pitches, and drive sales across all levels of the agency / client partners.
Responsibilities
Be a creative thinker and hunter!
Sell all Cadent solutions into hold co and Direct Client Relationships
Strong written and verbal pitch skills to get meetings, grow strategic relationships and ultimately produce revenue
Master and evangelize Cadent’s full suite of media solutions
Help potential customers understand Cadent’s differentiators and applicable use cases
Leverage measurement capabilities to differentiate Cadent’s value
Provide real-time customer feedback to internal Cadent teams to help shape product and solution development
Ownership of weekly pipeline and quarterly forecast
Hit sales goals
Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling linear and advanced TV solutions with knowledge of the CTV landscape
Experience with all video solutions and technology a plus (OTT/CTV, DSPs, SSPs, Inventory Aggregators, etc)
Hold co & Client Direct Relationships a must
Established track record of revenue obtainment results
A passion and understanding of both data driven CTV advertising and the streaming marketplace
Strong presentation skills – with or without a deck
Strong discovery skills on sales calls uncovering KPIs and pain points, in addition to market feedback
Experience driving new business
Coachability and being able to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions
Thrives in afast-paced environment
A high level of curiosity and the ability to work beyond the defined boundaries of the role
Excellentcommunication skills
Ability to break down complex data-driven TV solutions into digestible pitches, and drive sales across all levels of the agency / client partners.
