As Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you’ll support key delivery solutions like Performance+ bidding, targeting, or creative and be responsible for increasing advertisers’ performance on the platform. You’ll serve as a thought leader and trusted partner to product teams and foster deep market comprehension across the team to influence the product roadmap and ensure product market fit of new delivery solutions. You’ll also partner closely with cross-functional leaders (including Performance Solutions, Measurement solutions, Sales, etc) to drive market comprehension and adoption.
What you’ll do:
• Build the ads product go to market strategy for our performance and automation solutions
• Represent the voice of Sales to Product and the voice of Product to Sales
• Assess the capabilities and opportunities of your product area through strategic, qualitative, and quantitative analysis
• Serve as an advocate and represent the voice of sales and advertisers; ensure broad awareness of and
empathy
for advertisers pain points internally
• Drive cross-functional alignment on our go-to-market strategy, tracking success metrics accordingly
• Use data and insights to drive adoption of strategic product priorities and influence our overall performance product strategy to ensure product-market fit
• Educate and inspire internal and external teams on Pinterest’s ads product solutions for advertisers
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of product marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience
• Autonomously build and execute GTM strategies
• Strong communicator at both executive and team levels
• Strong
analytical skills
leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategies
• Understanding of the performance or Direct response ads digital marketing scape
• A trusted collaborator with a gift for
building relationships
across teams and functions and creatively solving problems
