Overview
As a Senior Art Director at Publicis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our clients’ campaigns. You will collaborate with amultidisciplinaryteam to develop and execute concepts that span video production, print, and broadcast.Your abilityto think conceptually and deliver high-quality visual solutions will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop creative concepts for integrated campaigns across video, print, social media, and digital.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on client expectations and meet objectives consistently.
Oversee the production of video content, including storyboarding, directing, and collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain a good understanding of budgeting and scheduling.
Create visually compelling and strategically sound designs for print materials, including brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral.
Develop engaging social media content that aligns with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives.
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually bring fresh ideas andinnovative solutionsto the table.
Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, effectively communicating the strategic rationale behind your work.
Qualifications
Post-secondaryeducationin Advertising, Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience working on automotive clients is a bonus (retail and brand).
6+ years of experience in an art director role, preferably within an advertising agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing adiverserange of work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Excellent conceptual thinking andvisual storytellingskills.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience in directing video shoots and collaborating with production teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptionalcommunicationand presentation skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality,impactful work.
Analytical skillsto evaluate creative approaches and seek unexpected, original, andinnovativeideas.
