ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and implement marketing/media strategies that include print, online, tradeshows, signage and social networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee the entire RFP process, including research, proposal writing, and submission.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather relevant information for proposals.
Ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and submitted on time.
Create and manage internal communications efforts such as newsletters and corporate announcements.
Develop internal and external marketing campaigns and produce collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Create presentations for staff needs (for client meetings).
Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and vendors.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions. Handle registration and manage team participation in outside organizations, golf outings, and sponsorships
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and RFP submissions. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Contribute to and sometimes lead in the proposal process by working alongside other Marketing personnel and Business Development to ensure high-quality, accurate, and on-time proposal submissions.
Maintain, organize, and assign proposal materials and resources, including resumes, project descriptions, and other relevant information.
Work with subject matter experts to develop technical content that is clear, concise, and responsive to client requirements.
Prepare biographical information for project personnel and clients.
Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed.
Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materials. Monitoring and analyzing metrics for RFP responses and social media.
CRM Database administration, including data entry, reporting, and database management.
Other marketing and business development related duties and responsibilities as assigned or instructed.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or similar in an A/E/C environment. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree in related discipline (Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, etc.) may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
Proven experience with RFP management and proposal writing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong skills in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
Proficient in MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.).
Ability to work independently, as well as effectively with a team of peers.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
