We are seeking adynamicandhands-onSenior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is integral to driving growth across all our digital channels, with a focus on SEO, paid media, social media, and conversion rateoptimization(CRO). The ideal candidate will also have technical expertise to manage our website and experience in overseeing SEO and SEM agencies to deliver measurable results.

What you will do
Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the full buyer journey from topic research, landing page / CTA creation, to sales follow up messaging
Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic, aligning with internal and external resources to achieve goals.
Own the strategy and execution for paid digital marketing programs, including SEM, retargeting, display, email nurture and paid social, through management of the paid media budgets and agency.
Establish A/B testing programs across all channels, analyze performance to identify and implement improvements, and create marketing playbooks.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto align digital strategies with broader business goals.
Be data-obsessed. Continuously track campaign effectiveness and efficiency and create a feedback loop for the team, driving performance learnings across the entire marketing funnel and buyers’ journey.
Requirements
5-7 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid media,and social media. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Experience managing SEO and collaborating with agencies.
Experience with developing and executing SEM strategy including keyword research and competitive insights gathering
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Linked In, and 6
Sense
Ability to dive into data, uncover insights and optimize campaigns appropriately
Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
Strongcommunicationskillswith ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Up-to-datewith the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Measurement.
