We are seeking a personal assistant with skill and experience in marketing, management, administration, reception, cleaning, childcare, education and other generalized skills and experience.
Schedule is flexible.
Duties, including but not limited to:
1) Online & social media marketing.
2) Direct marketing.
3) Employee management.
4) Administrative tasks.
5) Office, kitchen, bathroom & general cleaning.
6) Personal & business shopping.*
7) Reception & customer service tasks.
8) Child care.
9) Private tutoring (elementary level).
10) Transportation of children.*
11) Other tasks as needed.
*Personal auto insurance is required; miles are reimbursed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant with a demonstrated history of critical thinking skills and initiative.
Effective marketing background with exhibited skill in diverse marketing fields.
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in calendar and project management.
Clerical experience and computer literacy in Apple, Microsoft and Google productivity software.
Experience in childcare and education.
Excellent customer service and superb phone etiquette.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
