As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketing and conversion efforts, supporting lead engagement, conversion rates, and ultimately enrollments into our programs.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing & Qualifying New Instagram Pages:

Research and identify high-performing Instagram pages relevant to our audience.
Analyze audience demographics, engagement rates, and past ad performance.
Maintain a growing list of potential shoutout pages for future partnerships.

2. Outreach and Negotiation:

Initiate and manage outreach conversations with Instagram page owners.
Negotiate pricing, placement timing, and content requirements.
Fulfilling payments for shoutouts on Paypal.
Ensure cost-effective ad placements that drive maximum ROI.

3. Shoutout Management and Quality Control:

Keeping shoutout posts updated as necessary.
Coordinate scheduling and payment for shoutouts.
Verify that shoutouts meet agreed-upon requirements before and after posting.
Monitor and track live shoutouts to ensure correct execution.

4. Tracking Performance and Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of spending, credits, and posted shoutouts.
Use Airtable to organize content and track ad placements.
Report on shoutout performance metrics, including engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

5. Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Develop long-term partnerships with high-performing Instagram pages.
Re-engage with past shoutout partners to secure repeat placements.
Maintain a positive and professional reputation with influencers and page owners.

6. Collaborating with Creatives:

Recommending new creatives or creatives that would do well when converted into a shoutout.
Collaborating with the creative team.

7. Meeting Deadlines:

Must be able to work efficiently and manage their time effectively to results.

8. Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising.
Continuously refining skills and adapting communication and execution to reflect current trends and consumer preferences.
