I’ve been a one-man wrecking ball so far—taking on the role of technical developer while leveraging my 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry. I’ve owned and operated a brokerage, so I know firsthand the challenges real estate pros face every day. UPros is my answer to those challenges, and the platform is well on its way to launch.

The Opportunity
I’m looking for a Co-Founder to step into the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This is an equity-based position, perfect for someone who’s ready to get in at the ground floor and work alongside me to launch something game-changing.

Who I’m Looking For
I need someone with experience in the residential real estate industry who understands the pain points and opportunities within the space. Ideally, you:
Have founded a company before, especially one with a successful exit, or have experience building something impactful in the real estate industry.
Have managed or run a real estate brokerage or a significant operation in the residential real estate space.
Have expertise in sales, strategy, or scaling a platform and bring a solid network of industry connections.
Your knowledge and leadership will be crucial in refining the business model, driving adoption, and scaling the platform post-launch.
Your Role
As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of UPros by:
Developing strategies to attract and retain real estate professionals on the platform.
Helping create a roadmap for scaling the platform after launch.
Leading efforts to secure funding, including refining the pitch for Y Combinator and engaging investors.
Providing insights and direction to ensure the platform solves real-world problems for users.
Collaborating on all aspects of the business, including operations, marketing, and user acquisition.
