Role Overview
We seek a highly motivatedSenior Executive/Assistant Manager in social Media Marketingto drive our digital presence and engagement across platforms. This role involves managing content strategy, influencer collaborations, creative campaigns, and digital storytelling to enhance GKB Opticals’ brand presence nationwide.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution
Maintain brand hygiene and engagement across all social media platforms.
Plan and oversee the social media content calendar, aligning with brand priorities and topical trends.
Lead ideation and execution of organic and paid content strategies.

Creative & Content Development
Develop compelling campaign content for stories, highlights, and reels.
Provide creative direction for digital campaigns, in-store activations, and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with agencies, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content creation.

Influencer & Community Engagement
Identify and onboard influencers for strategic brand collaborations.
Manage influencer marketing activations, PR gifting, andcommunity engagementinitiatives.
✅
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Direct and oversee Meta and Google ad campaign creatives.
Ensure performance-driven creatives are optimized for conversions and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years ofhands-on experiencein social media marketing, content creation, or digital advertising.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of filming, editing, and graphic design of short-form video content for social media and Meta ads.
Creative & Strategic Mindset:
Excellentcommunication skillswith the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Experience in managing social media ad campaigns and influencer activations.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
