As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Amazon Business within Enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to concept and deliver strategic marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, events, trade shows, content and sales enablement. To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business and pan-Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies.

We are looking for an individual with broad experience in lead generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and high-touch executive events. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, andproblem solving, as well as a willingness to behands-onwith execution.

Key job responsibilities

Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage C-suite and decision makers, across enterprise accounts, through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few Account Based Marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Lead Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, and Executive Dinners.

Own planning and execution of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsor ships across client, trade and association publications, etc.

Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external media agencies and partners.

Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.

A day in the life

The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams. They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities and work hand-in-hand with extended marketing teams such as digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

Experience communicating results tosenior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.

Experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
