The Sarasota Film Festival, one of the world’s premiere film events, now celebrating its 27th year, is looking for a great part-time Marketing Coordinator to help in the marketing department. The festival takes place from 4/4 to 4/13 and we need someone to start run now.
A Marketing Coordinator will help us carry out marketing duties, including outreach to current and potential partners, research, light graphics and social media management. Great for someone interested in the ins and outs of marketing premiere events, with celebrities and great media attention.
General Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years-old
Please have some flexibility in your schedule — the job would take up 25-30 hours a week and up to full-time during the festival.
Must have marketing and outreach experience
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Premiere
Social media experience
Newsletter skills – Constant Contract, Mailchimp, etc.
Video editing / photography skills a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, demanding events production environment
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
