Under the direction of the Database Manager, the Database Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in all direct mail processes including but not limited to opening jobs, running lists, proofing, issuing vouchers/incentives/offers, etc.; will work closely with direct mail vendors as well as our advertising agency; will be responsible for communicating with patrons who inquire about their account or their offers; will handle auditing incentives for Sales and Promotions; and more.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and decision-making skills;
Assist in all areas of creation and implementation of direct mail campaigns;
Work closely with our third-party vendors to execute all direct mail campaigns from beginning to end;
Send regular internal communications to the necessary departments regarding direct mail statuses;
Communicate both orally and in writing to current, new, and past guests; answer questions, extend invitations, and resolve any related disputes as necessary;
Maintain integrity for all aspects of the Casino marketing database;
Ensure compliance with policy and procedures;
Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality;
Assist in the creation/setup of kiosk promotions and/or drawings as needed;
Carry out special projects as directed by Senior Management in a timely and professional manner;
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
