About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Brand Manager to be an important part of our team. The Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for upholding and promoting Cityside Fiber’s brand image, maintaining the company’s in-house and public image across all channels. Duties include communicating with company executives, marketing personnel, office teams, vendors, business partners, city personnel, and public figures. The objective of this position is to work closely with the C-Suite, marketing, advertising, and sales department to provide direction for the brand across various marketing initiatives. To be successful in this role you will have organized and diligent. You will operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment and excel in hitting the Company’s objectives. To be successful you will have superior communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Understand Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.
Maintain brand identity, values, voice, and graphics across all internal and external business initiatives.
Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies, creative concepts, and 360 marketing campaigns (copy, print, radio, TV, social media, events, etc.).
Video & Animation – Developing scripts, partnering with other teams, managing animation teams, managing video shoots, voiceover material, and capturing video when needed.
Partner with the creative team to develop innovative designs, layouts, eblast campaigns, events, etc., for property managers, developers, HOA communities, homeowners, and Small/Medium businesses.
Identifying new opportunities and building campaigns based on new offerings for existing and current customers.
Write pitches, blog posts, and articles for the website, LinkedIn, PR, etc.
Coordinating monthly events – planning, scheduling, prep, managing schedules, distributing tickets, swag, setup, follow-up, etc.
Competitive analysis, research, and post-campaign analysis
Determining budgets for specific projects, events, venues, swag
Building relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
Overseeing social media accounts and ensuring brand consistency
Conducting meetings with clients and vendors
Training new employees on our brand values
Pitching campaigns and concepts to upper management
Work in and contribute to an atmosphere of trust and integrity with fellow employees to ensure the overall success of Cityside Fiber
Qualifications
High energy individual who is willing to be an integral part of a high growth service provider who puts people first, dares to be different and has fun disrupting an industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent practical experience required.
5-7 years of experience in increasing responsibilities while expanding your skills, roles, and project development.
Experience at a telecom company preferred. Experience at an industry disruptor preferred.

Location
Our Headquarters and field offices are located in Irvine across from Irvine Spectrum. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Compensation
Starting at $100,000 annual base (actual starting rate may vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and years of experience).
