We’re looking for a drivenSenior Marketing Managerto take our student recruitment, brand development, and awareness efforts to the next level. This is anexcitingopportunity for someone ready to lead a small, high-impact team and play a critical role in TKS’s growth journey.
Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Outreach:Lead marketing campaigns to attract the world’s most ambitious students, maximizing engagement through digital marketing, partnerships with schools and youth organizations, and referral strategies.
Data-Driven Insights:Utilize marketing analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot), and platforms like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
TeamLeadership:Lead and develop a growing team of 3-5 marketers, overseeing their growth and supporting recruitment for additional talent.
Brand Development & Awareness:Enhance TKS’s already strong brand by crafting compelling narratives, leveraging user-generated content, and expanding our reach.
Content Strategy:Develop, oversee, and optimize content strategies that resonate with students, parents, and partners, maintaining a consistent and inspiring voice.
Email Marketing:Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns that engage current and potential students and drive conversion.
Budget Management:Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with parents, partners, and key stakeholders to advocate for TKS programs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing with proven results.
Hands-on experiencewith CRM tools like Hub Spot, analytics tools like Google Analytics,budget management, and Excel modeling.
Leadershipcapabilities with experience working in high-performance teams.
A proactive andinnovativemindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in afast-paced environment.
