The AHS Central Performance & Brand Marketing Team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed, Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution on Amazon App/Website (onsite) platforms to grow and establish the newly launched business vertical “Health Conditions Program” within AHS Org. This role will be instrumental in the mission to connect Amazon customers to a wide array of health-care products and services available via 3P marketplaces, with a focus on solutions for chronic or complex-longitudinal conditions afflicting 60% of US adults, and insurance as a payment method to unlock 87% of US health care spending paid for by insurance.
Enabling these services will help Amazon build a large business in health care and have a meaningful impact on health outcomes, which will complement our existing 1P businesses, Amazon Pharmacy and One Medical. We aim for Amazon to be the easiest place for customers to discover and start engagement with a full suite of solutions to treat complex chronic conditions and achievewellness.
For example one use case is marketing 3P Healthcare providers (such as Omada, Talkspace) to Amazon customers to educate them about healthcare benefits and services they can access that might be covered for and paid by their employers and would require zero or minimal co-pay.
In this role you will be the single threaded owner HCP Onsite channels/Events. You will develop the customer messaging, value proposition, channel strategy, forecast, and then lead execution with contract marketing managers (reporting to you) and partner closely with the lead business, creative, engineering and product teams to drive business goals. You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts.
The ideal candidate understands Onsite (website/app) customer experience knows Amazon onsite best-practices (homepage, detail page, search, advertising etc), has an experimentation bend of mind to solve problems and is willing to work with engineering and product teams to build for long term impact. In addition, you work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, influence partner teams to align on strategy and secure high performing placements, develop win-win partnerships with other teams and write powerful documents to influence and alignsenior leadership.
This is a highly visible position and you will have the opportunity to grow, engage and influence Directors and Sr. Managers across AHS as well as present to VPs on a weekly basis.
