Belltower Advertising is a busy boutique agency specializing in strategy, planning and media buying across all mediums. The ideal Marketing Assistant candidate will act as a link between clients and the agency, understand the client’s needs and objectives, manage administrative and campaign work, and ensure all projects are completed on time and on budget. This is not a sales position.
Candidates must possess good time management and organizational skills. Candidates must also be proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Strong communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the desire to work in a fun, casual environment are key.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Assist in budget management, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for media, clients, and the public, providing information and directing inquiries.
Facilitate communication between clients and the agency, ensuring alignment on objectives.
Monitor and optimize digital media campaigns for accuracy.
Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
Provide backup support for client and media contacts.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and office support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of marketing/advertising experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills (percentages, proportions).
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Agency experience (desired).
