Additional Information About the Role
BJC Health Care is seeking a Sr. Marketing Strategist to lead marketing strategy for the women and infants service line. Ideal candidates should have strongproject managementexperience, experience creating marketing acquisition campaigns, and a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing. The candidate will work closely with various levels of clinical leads and health care providers. Healthcare experience is a plus!
This is a hybrid opportunity that offersflexibility, with the expectation of being on site 1-2 days per week or as business needs dictate.

Role Purpose
Leads marketing activities that support service line or HSO campaigns, projects and events. Works under the direction of marketing and communicationsleadershipto lead activities related to the planning, developing, implementation and measurement of marketing, e-marketing and communications programs for the assigned service lines.
Responsibilities
Provides guidance and strategic direction to senior team leaders, and HSO and service line/departmentleadershipand develops/implements plans using e-marketing, collateral production, social media, content development, sponsorship/partnership support and clinical service line marketing. Oversees work of other team members and shared services.
Leads planning, development and production of consumer and physician marketing materials for the organization and all its facilities, including physician outreach, patienteducation, and general and targeted consumer outreach. Interviews, writes, coordinates, produces and distributes marketing content; serves as editor of publications and collateral materials to ensure target messaging. Serves as liaison with HSO and departmentleadership.
