About the Role

In this role, you’ll launch and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns while also guiding the creative strategy behind them. You’ll work closely with designers, editors, and copywriters to develop eye-catching, high-converting ads that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Create and manage ad strategies focused on cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Write clear, actionable creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams
Conduct A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns
Stay current on platform changes and creative best practices

Qualifications

2+ years of experience running paid social ads, ideally with Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Strong understanding of ad creative strategy (hooks, messaging, visuals)
Experience collaborating with creative teams (graphic designers, video editors, copywriters)
Analytical mindset and comfort using Ads Manager and related tools
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Bonus: experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
