Here’s what your days will look like:
Designing and driving advisor engagement campaigns that actually deepen commitment
Building a structured, repeatable sales process that turns “maybe later” into “I’m all in”
Partnering closely with advisors to consolidate their contracts and ramp up production
Leading marketing initiatives that move the needle, not just fill inboxes
Making sure advisors never feel like just a number—and can’t imagine doing business without you
Using data and real-world feedback to constantly refine what’s working (and cut what’s not)
This role is based full-time, in-office in Sandy, Utah. You’re not applying for a remote gig—you’re joining a movement, onsite.
If you bring:
5+ years in financial services marketing, advisor engagement, or business development
A sharp mind for strategy and the hands to make it happen
A proven track record working with FMOs, IMOs, or RIAs
A fire to lead, build, influence, optimize, and win
