Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Collaborate with management to create cohesive messaging and promotional materials.
Manage content creation for various platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Utilize HTML for website updates and enhancements as needed.
Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing strategies for personal injury law firms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in SEO practices, email marketing platforms, and advertising tools.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.
Ability to conduct thorough market research and apply findings to marketing strategies.
Familiarity with HTML is a plus but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
