Sr Specialist, Marketing Operations Jobs in Knoxville, TN at Pilot Company
We are a retail financial management office that also provides marketing and consulting services to other financial advisors and insurance agents around the country.
Primary responsibilities for this position are two fold:
Coordinating various marketing campaigns for in-house and external advisors, processing mailing lists, proof reading pieces and updating databases and digital records with relevant details and response metrics.
Processing, printing, assembling, packaging and shipping daily mail and marketing pieces. This can range from letters to overnight envelopes to small boxes.
Qualified applicants will have a high attention to detail with a critical eye, be computer knowledgeable, and a working knowledge of general computing tools such as email, browsers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
As a small office everyone tends to wear many hats, and occasional additional duties may include updating account information online or over the phone, answering the telephone, or general assistance with any task at hand.
Hours for this position are typically Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to noon. Periodically we host events and classes that may require attendance outside of these hours.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
