Brighter Teeth Whitening is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Street Marketing Associate to join our team in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving local awareness and customer engagement right outside our salon and in your community. Duties
Promote Brighter Teeth Whitening by holding a branded sign near our salon and engaging with passersby.
Communicate with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest in our services.
Share your unique promo code and track client referrals; earn commission for each client who books using your code.
Attend local events or use personal networks to spread the word and attract potential clients outside of shift hours.
Collaborate with the team to share insights from street interactions that can improve marketing efforts.
Receive mentorship and training with the opportunity to grow into service provision or social media/marketing management roles.
Requirements
No formal qualifications required – just a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public.
Interested in marketing, business development, or gaining experience with a growing brand.
Reliable and available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Self-motivated and open to long-term growth opportunities within the company.
Compensation & Growth
$13/hour + $10 commission per booked client using your unique code.
Significant earning potential through commissions (e.g., 20 client bookings = $200 bonus).
