Job Title: Investor Relations Executive
Location: Remote (HQ: Dallas, TX)
Reports to: Managing Director of Investor Relations
Earnings Range: $78,000 – $125,000 plus contingency bonuses

Role Overview:
As an Investor Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our investors. As a Investor Relations Executive you will own the end to end education and onboarding process of new investors. Starting with meaningful discovery and qualification you will learn about the experience, goals and decision making process of potential investors. Armed with that knowledge you will have the opportunity to deliver a tailored presentation about our investment opportunities. You will provide transparent and timely communication regarding investment details, performance and opportunities, supporting the overall growth and success of our investment endeavors. This role involves interacting directly with prospective investors, managing the investor portal, and overseeing general investor reporting and tax reporting distributions.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a results-driven professional with prior sales experience, preferably in managing complex sales processes through the pipeline from discovery to close. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complex sales processes, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Experience in consultative selling, strategic account management, and handling high-value contracts is essential. Strong communication, follow up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer value, will set you apart. Key Responsibilities:
Meet and build rapport with inbound leads interested in our offering. Leverage our proven discovery framework to understand, address, and help those leads uncover how our offering in its entirety and how it fits into their investment goals.
Deliver tailored presentations to potential investors, targeting 100+ appointments per month. A strong focus is placed on getting to know our investors on a personal level, then delivering tailored presentations that align value by effectively communicating our mission, strategy, track record and business plan.
Work closely with the Partner and Managing Director of Investor Relations and other internal teams. Leverage the Partner and Managing Director of Investor Relations to build credibility, transparency and momentum in the new investor education process. Provide and receive feedback to ensure seamless investor onboarding, follow-ups, and updates.
Leverage the tools, templates and frameworks provided to proactively communicate with prospective investors before and after each meeting. You will use email, phone and text to drive engagement, deliver value and efficiently move prospective investors through our process.
Utilize HubSpot to track investor interactions and progress through the pipeline. Provide transparency to key activities throughout the process while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities on a daily basis.
Report to the Partner and Managing Director of Investor Relations. Your success will be measured by a series of KPIs which are proven to align to the impact you have with our prospective and existing investors. Contingent bonus and promotions available upon meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Qualifications:
Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales, Entrepreneurship or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in consultative/solution sales with large deal sizes (i.e. six figure deals)
Skills:
Naturally curious with a high level of drive and self-motivation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with investors and build trust-based relationships.
Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements governing investor relations and tax reporting.
Detail and process oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook suite, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot CRMs.
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
