Entry-Level Field Marketer – Home CareJob Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Field Marketer to promote our home care services and help grow our client base. This role involves engaging with the community, building relationships with potential referral sources, and educating individuals about our services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, and other community locations to promote our home care services.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners, including healthcare professionals and social workers.
Distribute marketing materials and educate the community about our services.
Represent the company at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
Track and report marketing efforts, leads, and referrals.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Maintain knowledge of company services and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport.
Basic sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and travel locally.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or healthcare is a plus.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the community.
Compensation:
Base salary or hourly wage + commission or bonuses based on performance.
