Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee project plans for expanding private aviation services into international markets, including creating timelines, defining milestones, and allocating resources effectively.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify promising overseas markets, evaluating demand, regulatory requirements, and the competitive environment.
Prepare financial models and projections to assess the feasibility of entering new markets, including cost evaluations, revenue forecasts, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, and legal, to ensure coordination and clear communication throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate international aviation regulations, ensuring all operations adhere to local laws and industry standards.
Identify potential risks related to international expansion and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, minimizing any impact on project timelines and budgets.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, budget status, and any emerging issues.
Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders in target countries to ensure smooth market entry.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
High proficiency in English(both spoken and written).
Travel-readyand able to travel abroad as required for project needs.
Experience in project management within the aviation or transportation sectors, particularly related to international expansion, is an advantage.
Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
