Position: Startup Finance/Marketing/Social Media Intern
Schedule: 5-10 hours/week, flexible
Pay: $15-40.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Design meaningful, social experiences and create awareness for brand
Outreach: Prospect, Attract, and Outreach to community groups to learn about Life Insurance
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to support marketing strategies for financial products.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and the company website.
Campaign Support: Help in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
Financial Literacy: Develop an understanding of the financial products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate their benefits to target audiences.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
Previous internship or coursework in finance is a plus
Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
