Surf or Sound Realty is seeking a full-time Marketing Analyst to work in our Salvo, NC office. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing marketing initiatives across our digital channels.
This role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance, maintain website and content quality, and ensure all marketing efforts align with our brand strategies. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Essential Functions
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct in-depth daily analysis of website traffic, conversions, engagement, keyword performance, and SEO rankings.
Evaluate campaign success metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, inform strategic marketing decisions, and monitor competitor activities.
· Perform daily checks and audits to ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, functional and aligned with current marketing campaigns.
Update and optimize inventory on our website and third-party channels to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility.
Create and present compelling performance reports, including insightful data analysis and actionable recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of marketing experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to multi-task, work in fast paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
Weekend availability
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.
CRM and CMS experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Physical activities may include climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Employee must have the ability lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
