Brand Marketing Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with customers in-person and delivering outstanding sales support. Key Responsibilities as a Brand Marketing Ambassador:
Interact directly with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner, ensuring they receive the best possible customer support.
Promote and sell our products/services, exceeding sales goals by building strong relationships with customers.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and sales guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that each customer experience is seamless and positive.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and efficiently.
Handle all sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times while fostering positive relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets consistently and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
Act as a liaison between the brand and the customer to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Qualifications for a Brand Marketing Ambassador:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping customers.
Strong ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs.
Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and working towards sales targets.
A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Basic computer literacy to input and track sales and customer information.
A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in dynamic environments.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
