Qualifications

Third level degree in Business or IT related areas, or

Equivalent experience working in a relevant operations or sales environment (such as sales operations or contract management)

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English

Near native written, verbal, and reading comprehension language skills were required to support primary and secondary languages. Language Expertise in Korean Language with Topik 4 or 5 or 6 certifications.

Operations Hours:

8AM-8PM Monday to Friday

07:00 shift start

09:00 shift start

13:00 shift start

Responsibilities

Delivery core tasks for complex and nonstandard deals and contracts.

Directly supervise the DCA agents.

Administration and process management:

Conduct performance reviews of DCA agents represent Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) on defined sales calls.

Drive operations to meet service levels

Manage and resolve field escalations and

Manage the team capacity internal elevations.

Manage and resolve pod-level field

Develop deep knowledge and subject matter escalations and internal elevations.

Expertise in Area-specific contract

Represent DCA on defined sales calls requirements.

Participate in UAT

Productivity and Communication

Experience of working in an international business environment.

Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.

Excellent seller-facing communication and engagement skills.

Attention to detail and ability to adhere to policies and processes.

Ability to identify and resolve issues arising during delivery of the service.

Ability to deliver insights through analytics.
