Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative person to help us with our Instagram and TikTok creation and posts. We are looking for someone who is local and who can alott 1-2 hours a week for capturing video content and help with video creation at our office location in Louisville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and IG algorithms. This role involves producing high-quality written content that engages our audience and enhances our brand presence across various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
Responsibilities
Develop and write compelling content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
Develop and help capture video content that will drive viewers to our social media platforms and website.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate original content ideas.
Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for social media management, ensuring timely posting and interaction with followers.
Create visually appealing graphics using Canva to complement written content.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, and best practices in content creation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples.
Proficiency in using Google tools for research and analytics.
Strong relationship management skills.
Basic photography and videography skills for capturing content.
Knowledge of social media management practices and tools like Hootsuite is preferred.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in-house as part of a team.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
