Marketing Team Lead
Southern Industries, the southeast’s largest and oldest home improvement company, is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Team Lead.
The Marketing Team provides the first interaction with a homeowner generally at their home. They are the driving force of the Marketing Department.
High Energy, Strong face to face communication skills and a love of the outdoors is a must!
Marketing Team Leads will recruit, train and manage their team in the field. They will utilize face-to-face communication skills to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our company’s sales team. This is an entry level management position that will allow you to acquire so many transferable skills and allow you to grow your current skill set. Marketing Team Leads are brought in with the expectation of eventually being promoted to a Marketing Manager. Marketing Team Leads are trained in product knowledge and our marketing process. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Our neighborhood marketing teams represent our company knocking on doors in neighborhoods.
We also help generate leads for our sales department with a presence in Big Box Stores, tradeshows and community events throughout the city.
The individual we are looking for:
Is money motivated with strong work ethic
Ability to serve with a cheerful attitude while on your feet indoors or outdoors for up to 8 hours at a time
Valid drivers license is a must
Must be able to pass background check
We Provide:
$17.00 – $18.75 an hour, plus commissions (NO CAP) and monthly bonus opportunity
