Job PurposeThe incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing the Management & Leadership Development Operating Plan for RIL Hydrocarbons. Deliverables will span across different bodies of work within this domain.

Job Accountabilities

Implement Management and Leadership Development Operating Plan for pan Hydrocarbons and allied businesses, by utilizing appropriate interventions and cadence

Support in designing new interventions that are instructionally sound, with focus on effectiveness, as per the execution plan

Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs for programme diagnostic and design purposes, as well as seamless execution of the same

Project manage roll-out of interventions effectively, while ensuring top notch learner experience

Track progress as per pre-defined success measures and report out to specified stakeholders

Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and suggest measures to update processes accordingly to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications

MBA (Human Resource Management) / MA (Psychology)

Experience

3 – 4 years of experience in HR / L&D with a flair towards intervention design and development
