Job Description:
Overview: The Technical Marketing Technology Program Manager leads the scoping, development, optimization, and business adoption of marketing technology solutions within DX Marketing. This role involves driving project execution by monitoring and providing project status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, monitoring project scope and accuracy, watching for potential roadblocks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing performance to align with our North Star strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation and global roll-out of programs on the DX Data & Tech portfolio
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, IT, and ACS to ensure technology alignment with marketing strategies
Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute minutes for project meetings as well as proactive follow-up on action items
Identify, assess, mitigate, and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks
Analyze the performance and success metrics of initiatives in our portfolio
Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks
Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team
Requirements
Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
At least 5 Years of as a Project/program Manager
Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
Impact and influence – In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade, and carefully shape team’s work to deliver truly impactful results.
Creative and proactive problem solver
Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments

Strong with SharePoint, Workfront and MS Office tools
Previous experience in large cross-functional technology implementations

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
