This role involves collaborating with R&D and marketing teams to deliver polished and impactful documentation, including user manuals, sell sheets, demo videos, and e-commerce listings.
Develop and write comprehensive user manuals for diverse product categories.
Research product specifications and collaborate with R&D teams to ensure content accuracy.
Write and proofread sell sheets, demo scripts, and marketing materials with extreme attention to detail.
Edit content created by other team members to maintain quality standards.
Assist the marketing manager with additional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience writing user manuals and technical documentation.
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with Adobe Suite and PowerPoint is preferred.
SEO knowledge is a plus.
Creative writing skills are a bonus.
