Looking for Someone available 4-5 hours per day, Monday – Friday with some flexibility

What will you do? These are the standards and responsibilities you will maintain or exceed:

Content creation and social media management to promote our brand and drive new leads
Responsible for understanding our client personas and creating marketing campaigns targeted to their wants and needs
Responsible for managing and ensuring all brand consistency through marketing while delivering high quality outputs
Assist Operations Manager with the organization, coordination and promotion of client and agent events that are hosted by agents/team

Essential duties

Creation of unique marketing pieces for social media every week for each of our active listings
Create and supervise the production of listings videos and walk through videos
Create weekly email newsletters & related content
Create monthly blogs & related prospecting content
Manage platforms and create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google my business, etc
Post a minimum of 2 things per day on Facebook and Instagram – static, reels, stories
Post a minimum of 2x per week on TikTok
Post a minimum of 2x week on LinkedIn
Post a minimum of 1x week on YouTube
Responsible for growing audience on all social media platforms by 5% every quarter
Run lead generation campaigns on the various platforms
Manage our presence onr real estate specific platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, etc) and review platforms
Assist in creating and implementing a Marketing Calendar with Marketing Team to streamline efficiency.
Data Tracking – Consistently track performance of marketing and advertising materials and growth of social media audiences
Update and maintain website and work on SEO
Update all marketing materials regularly or as assigned
Execute all steps as needed in client events including event planning, catering, ticketing, invitations, etc
Execute all marketing via email, social media, etc for our client events
Manage responsibilities on Asana
Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filings
Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties

Knowledge/Skills

Computer Literate & Internet Savvy
Spreadsheets: can build and navigate basic spreadsheets
Diverse in Canva, Google Operating System and Asana
Social Media Management & Video Editing Basics
Communication: requires effective and written and verbal communication
Digital Marketing Experience
Apt problem solver

Requirements

Reliable transportation in all seasons
Comfortable traveling within Summit, Eagle, Park, Grand, and Lake Counties as business requires it
Working Computer with Internet access (Microsoft Suite not required)
Working phone with camera
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Hours/Work Schedule

Weekly – Establish Schedule with Team Lead or Director of Operations to prioritize weekly tasks
Flexible days and hours – Approximately Monday – Friday 4-5 hours per day
Ability to work from home/this is a hybrid position with most work having the ability to work from home while there are onsite duties that need to be completed. Employee must be present in office 2 days per week but other days remote work may be allowed with sufficient communication
Employee will work an average of 4-5 hours per day or 20-25 hours per week
START DATE: As Soon As possible

Compensation

Hourly Position – $25-30/hr

Employee is eligible for sick pay: 1 hour for every 30 worked up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Employee is eligible for 8 days of holiday pay. Holiday days will be selected per Calendar year based on traditional holidays.

Employee will be eligible for PTO accrual after the initial 90+ day training period. The accrual rate is .0385 per hours worked which averages about 2 weeks/year. Any unused PTO can roll over up to a maximum of 160 hours annually on the anniversary date. Any unused days in excess of 160 hours will be forfeited.

Employee will be eligible for a SIMPLE IRA after 1 year of employment. Employer will match up to 3% of employee net pay when an employee makes a contribution of an equal or greater amount.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
