We are seeking a  part-time content and communications professional  to strengthen our voice across platforms—notably Linked In and long-form insights.
The ideal candidate will bring editorial
precision
, strategic thinking, and an elegant writing style tailored to senior audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute a Linked In content calendar with
leadership
posts and reflections
Write insightful content on
leadership
, governance, and transformation
Develop Insights content, newsletter, and marketing materials aligned with the firm’s tone
Collaborate with founders on strategic messaging
Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all platforms
Integrate Selion Global Retreats as part of our
leadership
narrative
Your Background – What You Must Bring
We are looking for a candidate with  proven experience  writing for board-level and C-suite audiences in high-trust environments. You bring:
5–10 years of experience in executive communications, content strategy, or editorial roles
Professional background in
leadership
advisory, consulting, business schools, law, finance, or similar fields
Clear, refined writing tailored to senior audiences (not consumer-facing content)
Proficiency with Linked In, Google Workspace, and Canva
Strong self-management and discretion in
remote collaboration
Work Structure & Compensation
Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
Remote | India-based candidates preferred
