Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and driven video content creator to help us dominate the TikTok Shop scene. You’ll be responsible for capturing and editing short-form videos that showcase real-time product experiences, turning everyday content into shoppable, high-converting TikToks.
This is your chance to turn scroll-stopping videos into real revenue for the brand and for you. Bonus opportunities are directly tied to the sales generated by the accounts you manage.
What You’ll Do:
Create short-form, engaging videos for TikTok Shop, using real-time, hands-on product experiences
Clip, edit, and optimize videos for maximum impact, linking to affiliate products
Manage product links and featured items through TikTok Shop’s affiliate platform
Collaborate with our product sourcing and brand teams to select trending, in-demand items
Monitor performance, test different formats, and iterate quickly based on what’s working
Upload and manage content calendars for assigned TikTok Shop accounts
Keep up with TikTok trends and integrate relevant formats, sounds, and styles
What You Bring:
Experience creating or editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Understanding of TikTok Shop or affiliate platforms a plus (but we’ll train the right person)
Eye for aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling in a short time frame
Comfortable filming or directing others in front of the camera (bonus if you’re great on-camera too)
Passion for content that sells you get a thrill seeing your content drive clicks and conversions
Self-motivated and able to manage your own content pipeline
