Job Description

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Brand Manager to oversee and drive success for our partner brands. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a brand’s TikTok Shop presence, ensuring operational efficiency, and executing growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Account & Strategy Management

Develop and execute tailored TikTok Shop growth strategies for each brand

Monitor key performance metrics and optimize for sales, engagement, and conversion

Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Operations & Organization

Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop stores, ensuring smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and content schedules

Oversee inventory, pricing, and campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams and brand partners

Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and troubleshoot any issues

Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, keeping them informed on performance, updates, and opportunities

Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and influencers to drive brand awareness and sales

​​​​​​​Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, affiliate, and paid media teams to align strategies

​​​​​​​Reporting & Performance Analysis

Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for growth

​​​​​​​Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans

Use data to inform decision-making and continuously refine strategies

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management (TikTok Shop experience preferred)

​​​​​​​Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and digital marketing trends

Exceptional organizational and project management skills—able to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting

Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

​​​​​​​Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships is a plus

Compensation

Full Time $75-80K Annually, with performance base annual bonus
