1. Find and recruit talented live-streaming hosts on TikTok platform.
2. Manage and increase the target diamonds for live-streaming hosts.
3. Coordinate live-streaming schedules, monitor, and provide technical support during live-streaming events.
4. Offer guidance and become a reliable talent manager for TikTok live-streaming hosts.
5. Participate in agency activities for promotion and agency development.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum education: High School/SMK (Vocational High School).
2. No prior work experience / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Creative and communicative.
4. Willing to learn, persistent, and hardworking.
Sales-oriented and able to work with targets.
5. Willing to be placed in the PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk), North Jakarta area.
